Makes 40 bone shape biscuits
2 medium eggs whisked
3/4 cup of organic coconut flour
1 cup of organic wholemeal wheat flour
deforest frozen fruit/veg (strawberry|bananas|spinach & blueberries)
1/2 teaspoons of organic coconut oil
3 tbsp of organic honey
Pre heat the over to 170°c / 338°f or gas mark 3.
Pour your flour measured cups into a large bowl.
I have already let my frozen mixed fruit/veg defrost – we have a lot of these in the freezer as these are great for making quick smoothies. When its defrosted it leaves a bit of juice to make sure you just pour that straight into the bowl.
Mix together in the bowl the eggs, honey and coconut oil.
Once combined, start to press down and together with your hands in the bowl to form a dough ball.
Divided dough into two and place one onto a flour sprinkled surface and roll out to about 5mm thick. Using your cutter cut out pieces and place onto your grease proof papered trays.
Once carefully placed into the preheated oven, time 14 minutes and then once cooked we placed into the dehydrator for 5-6 hours at 70°c.
